Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit advice
- Use product knowledge to inform and educate customers
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
- Remain flexible to work in different departments as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Organized with strong follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
