Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales goals, including digital sales via text and social media.
- Participate in training to maintain product knowledge and fitting expertise.
- Support team operations by filling orders, stocking, and remerchandising merchandise.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department presentable.
- Use networking and technology tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
