Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and followings
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work flexibly across departments as needed
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving stock
