Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures a unique client experience across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after sales and adapt approach to client needs
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking initiatives
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, merchandising and maintenance of displays and back stock
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Support after sales clients and act as a referent providing recommendations
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work retail hours including consistent weekends and one weekday
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision
- Knowledge of timepiece movements and additional language skills are a plus
- Professional demeanor and ability to travel for trainings and client events
