Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while upholding exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role may oversee store and staff in the absence of store management and supports overall store performance and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain client relationships and manage consistent client communication
- Set the example for exceptional customer service and client experience
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Support operational tasks, projects, and special events such as inventory and sample sales
- Grow existing clients and acquire new prospects through networking and outreach
- Provide local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors
- Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence in the store
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods with clientele-oriented sales
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a cultivated clientele following
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven-days-a-week retail environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor consistent with brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally
