Summary

Provide personalized lingerie service including professional bra fittings and style guidance to build lasting customer relationships. Drive sales both in-store and digitally while maintaining a customer-ready department through merchandising and teamwork. Deliver empathetic, body-positive fittings and a supportive experience for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and recommend appropriate sizes, fits, and styles in the fitting room.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up using in-store and digital tools.
• Meet individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.

• Ability to stand and move continuously for shifts, frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
