Summary

The Retail Sales associate will drive sales and build lasting customer relationships through both in-store and digital channels, using styling expertise and selling tools to meet goals. This role focuses on providing personalized service, curating product recommendations, and supporting the department to maintain a customer-ready environment. The schedule is variable and may require flexibility to work in other departments as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling, utilizing text and social media tools.
• Cultivate and grow a customer following by delivering personalized styling and fit guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships to drive repeat business and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and assist with light cleaning.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a visually appealing, customer-ready floor.
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed.
