Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using texting and social media
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready area
- Participate in product and fashion trainings to stay current on merchandise
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
