Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services to customers, building relationships through in-store and digital interactions to meet sales goals. Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and measure customers for size and fit guidance
- Deliver personalized styling advice and honest feedback to customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital communication
- Meet individual and store sales goals using tools like text and social media
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, and re-merchandise the sales floor
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Comfort using technology and networking to drive sales
