Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide personalized styling support.
• Achieve sales goals through customer engagement and digital platforms.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and performing light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
