Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling service to customers on the sales floor and through digital channels, driving individual and department sales goals. Build lasting customer relationships and use technology and social media to grow a customer following. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising, stocking, and light upkeep while supporting cross-department needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including texting and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering styling and fit guidance.
• Use selling tools to open new loyalty accounts and drive repeat business.
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally support other departments based on business needs.
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week to meet business requirements.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including varied hours based on store needs.
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
