Retail Sales - Men's Apparel

Summary

Provide fashion guidance and customer service in the Men's Apparel department, building customer relationships in-store and online. Achieve sales goals while supporting a welcoming, customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, offer helpful feedback on style and fit, and develop product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist customers with their needs.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and occasionally assist in other departments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical requirements, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
