This role sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools such as text and social media while delivering personalized, confident style and fit advice. The position supports a fast-paced team environment and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering honest and confident feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.
• Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively in a team, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
