Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit advice with honest confident feedback
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department customer readiness
• Be flexible to work in other departments as needed
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
