Summary

The Retail Sales associate will deliver personalized styling and customer service to build lasting relationships and grow a customer following both in-store and digitally. This role focuses on achieving sales goals through effective use of selling tools, product knowledge, and teamwork. The associate will help maintain a customer-ready department and support business needs across the store.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and honest, confident feedback on style and fit
• Seek and maintain product and fashion knowledge to advise customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
