Summary

Join the team as a retail sales associate focused on men's apparel, cultivating and growing customer relationships both in-store and digitally. You will use selling tools including text and social media to meet sales goals while providing styling advice and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit and offer personalized styling
• Use texting, social media, and other selling tools to grow sales
• Keep department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using technology for sales
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
