Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide confident style and fit recommendations to customers
- Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
- Open new customer loyalty accounts and grow program participation
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
- Maintain department appearance and perform light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team to meet business needs and cover different departments as required
- Perform continuous movement and manual handling tasks during shifts
Requirements
- 1-3 years of luxury or retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organization
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Comfort using technology and social media for selling
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent movement
