Summary
Salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales while delivering personalized styling and customer service at the NYC flagship. The role focuses on building customer relationships, meeting sales goals using digital tools and providing product and style guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide style and fit recommendations with confident and honest feedback
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
- Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking and remerchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in luxury and or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Department store experience is a plus
