Provide exceptional fashion and styling service to customers through in-store and digital selling, build lasting relationships and grow a customer following, and support department operations to achieve sales goals and a customer ready environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Deliver personalized style and fit advice with honest and confident feedback
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department presentation
- Work collaboratively with team and be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
- Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
