Summary

Customer focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through exceptional service, styling guidance, and relationship building. Uses texting and social media to engage customers, open rewards accounts, and support departmental needs across women's apparel and women's shoes. Works flexible hours and may occasionally assist in other departments as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection.
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales.
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and performing price markdowns.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment.
