Summary

Hiring event for store Sales and Support positions at the Santa Anita location covering women's shoes, kids shoes, seasonal and regular women's apparel, beauty advisors, and counter manager roles. On the spot offers may be made and interviews are conducted during the event.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with product selection
• Operate sales transactions and process payments
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock on the sales floor
• Support fitting rooms and manage returns or exchanges
• Assist in stock, fulfillment and delivery tasks as needed
• Meet sales goals and participate in performance incentives
• Represent brand standards and ensure a high level of guest experience

Requirements

• Availability to attend the hiring event and interview on site
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Eligibility to work in the United States
