Summary

Provide exceptional fashion styling and customer service to drive in-store and digital sales, build lasting customer relationships, and support department operations. Use networking and technology to achieve sales goals while maintaining merchandising and stock standards. Work a flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers and build lasting relationships
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Provide honest styling and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Work flexibly across departments when required
