Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Maison by achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing a client portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting customers and maintaining product knowledge
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Assist and support after sales clients and escalate issues to Management as needed
- Participate in in store and offsite events and support networking and CRM initiatives
- Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown and communicate maintenance issues
- Support merchandising, display maintenance and back stock management
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and assist with special projects like price changes
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and consistent Saturday Sunday availability
- College degree preferred
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus
