Summary

Provide exceptional fashion oriented sales and styling services to build and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while supporting department operations and merchandising. Maintain flexibility to support different departments and varying schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Deliver personalized service and provide honest style and fit advice
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new customer reward program accounts to deepen engagement
• Support department tasks including filling orders and stocking
• Re-merchandise merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments
