Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through excellent service, styling expertise, and relationship building. Works with team to maintain a customer ready department and uses technology and networking to grow a customer following. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit advice with honest confident feedback
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Open new customer reward accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department ready
• Work collaboratively with team and assist in other departments when needed
