Retail Sales - Pentagon City

Summary

Find and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally by meeting sales goals and providing styling guidance. Support departmental operations including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns while maintaining a customer ready environment. Use networking and technology such as text and social media to drive sales and open new rewards accounts. Work a flexible schedule that may vary weekly and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Be flexible to work varying schedules and occasionally support other departments
