Summary

Join the team as a full time Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences at the DC City Center store. You will act as a brand ambassador, build long term client relationships using clienteling tools, and contribute to individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Develop and maintain long term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools
• Deliver personalized service tailored to each client's needs
• Contribute to a high performing, customer focused store environment
• Support team initiatives to drive commercial performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric mindset and interpersonal skills
• Commercial and sales driven mindset with goal orientation
• Willingness to learn and develop brand product expertise
• Ability to build and maintain long lasting client relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
