Sales Associate - Clarksburg

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and drive sales by engaging in clienteling, sharing styling expertise and product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Maintain a welcoming retail environment and contribute to team collaboration while meeting individual and store KPIs. Follow company policies and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized. Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Create an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Deliver styling expertise and guidance on seasonal trends and product knowledge
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate client follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or industry adjacent experience focused on customer service
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
