Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Use product knowledge to grow expertise and promote merchandise
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and visual maintenance of the sales floor
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to work in different departments as business needs require
