Summary

Provide elevated customer service and personalized styling to cultivate client relationships for women's contemporary fashion through in-store and digital engagement. Use store technology and omni-channel tools to drive sales and act as a trusted style confidante while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to recommend products
• Utilize digital tools and social media to outreach and connect with clients
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and store technology to sell
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling on commission and using digital selling tools
• Comfortable using store technology and omni-channel systems
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule to support store and client needs
