Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide confident and honest feedback on style and fit
• Use networking and technology to achieve sales targets
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
