Summary

The Retail Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. This role focuses on meeting sales goals through in-person and digital selling, providing confident styling and fit advice, and maintaining a customer-ready department. The position requires flexibility to support other departments as needed and to work a variable schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Cultivate and grow lasting customer relationships and open loyalty accounts
• Provide styling and fit guidance and honest product feedback to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through
• Flexible availability to meet business scheduling needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending/reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
