Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide honest style and fit recommendations to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready with light cleaning and organization
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
