Provide fashion and styling advice while building customer relationships and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Help maintain a customer-ready shoes department and deliver service tailored to each customer.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest guidance on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and keep the department clean.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules according to business needs.
