Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards program accounts
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers regarding fit and selection
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and follow a variable schedule

• Interest and aptitude for using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and follow through
