Provide in-store and digital sales support in the shoe department. Build lasting customer relationships through fashion knowledge, personalized styling, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Build customer relationships, offer style and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards accounts and help other departments as needed.
