Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and styling expertise while achieving in-store and digital sales goals. Cultivate and grow a customer following through in-person interaction and use of text and social media. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising and order fulfillment while supporting team goals.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales targets for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide styling advice, honest feedback on fit, and excellent service tailored to customer needs.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require and support team priorities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first focus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively in a team, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs.
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
