Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and maintaining a customer ready department. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
