Summary

Part Time Sales and Stock Support Associate responsible for engaging clients, delivering excellent customer service, receiving and unpacking merchandise, and preparing items for the selling floor while maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients and provide basic product and brand information
• Assist with sales transactions using POS
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the stockroom
• Follow directives from the store manager and corporate office regarding inventory
• Support inventory supervision and control processes
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Prior retail or boutique experience handling high end goods preferred
• Clientele oriented sales experience preferred
• Motivated and professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to operate POS and assist with transactions
• Strong organizational skills for stockroom maintenance
• Ability to follow managerial and corporate directives
• Customer service focused with good communication skills
