Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice and help customers choose complementary pieces.
• Create and maintain customer connections using in-store interactions and digital tools, including social media and apps.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment-setting, follow-up, and promoting events and Nordy Club membership.
• Collaborate with team members to keep selling areas clean, organized, and welcoming while selling across departments.

Requirements

• Strong styling and wardrobe knowledge with the ability to organize and advise on complete looks.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a personal business.
• Goal-driven, comfortable with digital engagement, and adaptable to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
