Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer connections through in-store interactions and digital tools (text, social media, Nordstrom apps).
• Drive predictable sales via outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up during event and non-event periods.
• Follow up after purchases, invite customers to events, and introduce them to loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and support selling across departments and price points.

Requirements

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a personal client business through appointments and networking.
• Strong communication skills, goal-driven energy, and enthusiasm for digital engagement.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
