Job Description

Summary

Retail Sales associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels. The role involves building customer relationships, using technology and social media to drive sales, and maintaining the department presentation. Schedule varies by business needs and flexibility to work in different departments may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
  • Use texting and social media as selling tools
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide styling advice and product feedback to customers
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
  • Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the team to keep department customer ready
  • Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements
