Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools including text and social media, provides excellent customer service and supports merchandising and inventory tasks. The schedule varies by week and may require occasional work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Grow relationships by opening new customer reward program accounts
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
