Summary

The Retail Salesperson sells women's apparel on the sales floor and through digital channels, builds lasting customer relationships, and helps keep the department customer-ready. The role focuses on achieving sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while providing style and fit guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools
• Build and maintain customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide exceptional service and honest style and fit advice to customers
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and open new customer accounts
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
