Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels using text and social media. Build lasting customer relationships by offering confident style and fit guidance while supporting department presentation and order fulfillment. The schedule is variable and the role may require working in departments other than the one originally assigned. This position involves regular physical activity including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business.
• Provide honest, confident feedback about product style and fit to customers.
• Use networking and technology, including text and social media, to engage customers and drive sales.
• Fill orders, assist with stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready.
• Open customer rewards program accounts and support performance-based initiatives.
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require.
