Summary

The Retail Sales associate sells women's apparel both in-store and digitally, building lasting customer relationships and meeting sales goals. This role supports department presentation, merchandising, and order fulfillment while using text and social media to engage customers. The schedule is flexible and may include occasional work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Enroll customers in the rewards program and support omni-channel transactions

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization and follow-through
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
