Retail Sales - Women's Apparel

Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on meeting sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and providing confident styling and fit guidance. The position supports department readiness through merchandising tasks and requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and honest styling and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support loyalty growth
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one assigned
