Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments
- Meet physical demands including frequent movement and lifting
