Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain customer relationships through outreach and styling
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Use text and social media as selling tools
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
