Retail Sales associate focused on women's apparel based at The Mall at Short Hills. You will drive sales through in-store and digital channels, deliver personalized styling and customer service, and help maintain department presentation to create a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide personalized styling and honest guidance on fit and product selection.
• Perform merchandising and operational tasks: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Cross-train and support other departments as business needs require.
• Handle physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
